Welcome to 39 Things. By placing an order through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, as well as our Shopping and Shipping Policies.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the Shopping Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

 

2. Orders & Payments

 

Order Placement

Orders may be placed through:

  • Website

  • Instagram DM

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic notification with your order number and purchase summary.

 

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in ZAR.

  • Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

 

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards.

  • Instant EFT.

  • eWallet.

Payment must be successful for an order to be confirmed.

 

Order Confirmation

If payment fails, your order will be held for 30 minutes. After that, it is automatically cancelled.

 

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.

  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

4. Shipping

We ship within South Africa. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance and home-scent products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Defective or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement or refund. See the Refund Policy.

 

6. Liability

39 Things is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
