Q: What makes your fragrances different?
A: Each scent is hand‑blotted in small batches using high‑quality essential oils and fine fragrance oils, ensuring a long‑lasting aroma and a unique character.

 

Q: Can I return a diffuser or perfume if I don’t like the scent?
A: We only accept returns for defective items. However, we offer sample sizes so you can try a scent before committing to a full size.

 

Q: Do you ship to rural areas?
A: Yes. Standard domestic shipping covers all South African postal codes. Delivery may take an extra 1‑2 days for

    remote locations.

 

Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking link is sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched. You can also log into your account on our

      website to view the status.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/Debit cards, PayFast (instant EFT), and PayPal (where available).

 

Q: My order is delayed. What should I do?
A: Allow up to 5 business days for standard delivery. If you haven’t received a tracking update after that, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes – we provide a complimentary gift wrap for orders over ZAR 300. Add a note at checkout.
