SHIPPING POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Express Courier Delivery

  • Rate: ZAR 120

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (main areas)

  • Remote Areas: May require an additional 1–2 business days

We deliver throughout South Africa, including townships, rural, and outlying areas.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is packed and handed to the courier, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
You can track your order:

  • Using the courier tracking link provided

  • Through your account on our website (if applicable)

 

4. Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Courier backlogs

  • Remote delivery locations

If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members, security, or reception first.

  • If still missing, contact us immediately so we can assist with a courier investigation.

  • Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Parcels stolen after confirmed delivery

 

6. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage

If approved, we will replace or refund the affected items.

 

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is correct

  • Your contact number is active for courier communication

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

 

8. Shipping During Promotions or Peak Seasons

During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays), dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
