REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something is wrong, we’re here to help.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Because fragrance is personal and cannot be restocked once opened, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Items you simply don’t like

We strongly encourage ordering sample sizes before purchasing a full-size product.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will happily replace or refund items that are:

  • Broken

  • Faulty

  • Leaking

  • Incorrectly packed

  • Missing from the order

What we need from you:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

3. Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days.
We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable.
